Customised volumes and specifications according to customer request and/or order. Minimum order is one reel. Free inventories 60 days after production. Call-off stock for delivery within 60 days after production is standard for most markets. Minimum quantity delivered is full truck load.

Korsnäs Express Service

Korsnäs offers a service concept for Korsnäs Design which can boost your business and make you more flexible and responsive, as you will be able to better handle rush orders.

The Express Service will allow you to place emergency orders of Korsnäs Design in the case of urgent needs, unforeseen disturbances, or sudden business opportunities with small time windows.

To ensure availability, a reel stock in the Korsnäs Design grammages 130, 145, 160 and 175 gsm has been set up. The standard reel widths offered are in 200, 210, 220 and 250 cm. Korsnäs will be able to deliver these reels widths within one week. The minimum quantity for delivery is one reel and maximum order is one full truck load (24 tonnes). Tailor made reel sizes will be available with a two-week lead time. (For Spain, Portugal and Italy, the Express lead time is 10 days for standard reel sizes and 20 days for tailor-made reel widths.)

SLA (Service Level Agreement)
If you are looking for a truly flexible solution, we can tailor a unique Service Level Agreement for you. The SLA details a specified service level customised to your needs and requirements. It can include call-offs on very short notice or a demand for outsize volumes – or even a combination of the two. Nearly anything is possible.
